Heh, comments are mandatory but I’m the first, and the late indeed. Methinks others have shirked

Seems good, you’ve definitely got me wondering what happens next. Although for some reason the tone of the story feels a bit light even though the subject matter is dark - I can’t put my finger on why though. Maybe if you added something before the first bit (eg. the major being awoken by the vidcom call, or simply describing his quarters while he sleeps) that tried to create a darker atmosphere. You’d want to be careful of going over the top (”It was a dark and stormy night… in the Majors Quarters” :P)

Well, the Nerf bat was whipped out and waved around threateningly. Which is fair enough, you can’t really run a fun campaign with the players nuking everything in sight. You end up making villian’s so powerful they insta-kill everyone.

I must admit; when I was first cast into the strange haze that is this group I was mighty confused. I have bumped into a variety of ‘magical’ beings, some demon controllers, demon slayers, some demon summoners, hell some of them ARE demons. I was confused what a superhero like myself was doing being summoned to join this group on a new and strange world; but being made completely of constantly refreezing ice I should be the last to judge. Navar’roe seems to be the only “person” I can have a conversation with and it not end in someone in the immediate area’s death. For that I am thankful. The two of us might be able to talk some sense and compassion into this scary bunch yet.

PS. I don’t fly, I slide along an instantly created sheet of ice. I’m just that cool.
